- Dents on gutters, downspouts, vents or your AC unit
- Dark spots or bruises on shingles where granules are knocked off
- Granules collecting in gutters or at the bottom of downspouts
- Cracked, curled or missing shingles after high winds
- Dings on car hoods, mailboxes or fences (if they got hit, your roof did too)
- New water stains on ceilings or in the attic
How the claim process works
- 1
Stay safe, then call us
Don’t climb on the roof. Call us for a free storm inspection. If water is coming in, we’ll tarp it the same day where we can.
- 2
We document everything
Our inspector photographs and measures all damage: shingles, vents, flashing, gutters. You get a copy of the report.
- 3
You file the claim
You call your insurance company and open the claim. We explain what to say and what to have ready.
- 4
We meet your adjuster
We walk the roof with your adjuster, so every bit of damage is seen and counted.
- 5
We build your new roof
Once approved, we schedule your build. You pay your deductible; we work with your insurer on the rest of the paperwork.
We’re roofers, not your insurer. Coverage depends on your policy. We’ll help you understand what we find.
Book your inspection
Tell us where you are and when the storm hit. We’ll call you to schedule a time, usually within 48 hours.
