These terms apply when you ask Avenqo Studio ("we") to design or build a website for your business ("you"). By accepting our offer you agree to them.
1. Free homepage design
We design a homepage for your business at no cost. You are under no obligation to buy. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing, and we will not publish the design under your name.
2. Price and payment
If you want to go ahead, you pay the price we agreed in writing (for our Starter website, $497 or £399, one-time). Payment is made through a secure payment link we send you. We never ask for card details by email, phone or WhatsApp.
3. What's included
The pages and features listed on our pricing page or in your written quote. Anything else, such as extra pages or features, is quoted separately before we start.
4. Timing
We aim to launch your full website within 7 days of your go-ahead and receiving the content we need from you (such as photos, service details and logins for your domain or hosting).
5. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any photos, logos and text you give us. We use licensed or our own images for everything else.
6. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the website design and content we created for you belong to you. We may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Changes after launch
We fix any mistakes on our part free of charge for 30 days after launch. Later changes or new work are quoted separately.
8. Refunds
Because you only pay after approving your design, payments are not refundable once your website has gone live. If something we promised is missing, tell us and we will put it right.
9. Liability
We build your website with care, but we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, enquiries or sales. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
